All functions of the shear are accessed right from the shear control console. Simple to use and standard for all models.

SHEAR AUTOMATION
It is estimated that material handling consumes up to 95% of a shear operator’s time. Accurpress offers automated systems that will greatly reduce inefficiencies in shearing applications.
CNC Frontgauge/Arms
Accurpress also offers an economical CNC frontgauge system that includes optional lengths for the Squaring Arm and Front Arms to enhance shearing applications.
Accurveyor
The Accurveyor increases efficiency by accurately and conveniently conveying plates onto a stacker for quick removal.
Safety Systems
Protect the operator from hazard areas. This creates a physical barrier from shear blades and holddowns, ensuring operator safety during machine operation.
Enhance safety and allow an operator to shear smaller pieces of metal. The Accurshear will NOT cycle if an obstruction is blocking the light curtain beam. This curtain meets the appropriate OSHA and ANSI regulations for safety requirements.
